We fly for a few hours and arrive at Wanda and Vision's location. We drop Steve off first before we land. We reach where Wanda, Vision, and Steve are, and Wanda has gotten a big scratch on her face during the fight with the aliens.

Sam flies in and knocks the aliens over. Then Steve throws an alien weapon to my mom, and she catches it and uses it against the alien boy. She stabs him in the chest. Then they keep fighting. Then the girl alien summons the weapon, and it flies out of my mom's hand and into hers. She tries to get Steve with it put he picks up the other alien's weapon and uses it to keep the other weapon away.

I use my batons to help, only to be thrown by the girl alien who literally picked me up and threw me. I hit the ground hard, and I roll a little bit from the momentum, and I can't find it in me to get up. Besides, I hit my head pretty hard.

The other alien is down for the count since he can't even stand up. I feel his pain. Then Sam flies over and kicks the girl alien, and she rolls over to her friend, and she says, "Get up." "I can't." says her friend. "We don't wanna kill you, but we will," says my mom. "You'll never get the chance again." says the girl alien.

Then she presses a button, and they are beamed up into a spaceship above, and they leave Earth. My mom puts her batons away and holds out her hand, and helps me stand up. I'm wobbly, and it makes sense why. I hit the ground ten feet from the spot where I was picked up.

My mom puts her arm around me to help me stand. Then we slowly walk over to Wanda and Vision. "Can you stand?" asks Sam.

Then, he grabs Vision's hand and lifts him into a standing position, and he puts Vision's arm around his shoulder on one side with Vision's arm around Wanda on the other. "Thank you, Captain," says Vision. "Let's get you on the jet," says Steve.

My mom helps me walk a little bit, and when I almost fall over since my legs are sore and numb, she picks me up and carries me the rest of the way to the jet, which isn't that far.

Two battles in one day, plus being thrown far in both? Yeah, no thanks. 100% do not recommend. Ever.

We get on, and my mom sets me down on a chair in front of a window since it's a night flight, and she knows I love night flights. Then she closes the door. She says something to Wanda and Vision, which I tune out. Steve replies, and I tune his response out too.

I have my head buried in my knees as I sob about my dad. I miss him. I love my mom, but I just don't want to get back to the compound, and he's not there.

He said, "See you soon." I hope that means within the next 24-48 hours.

My mom sits next to me, and she knows something is wrong when I have my head buried in my knees, and she can hear me crying, and I'm not looking at the view.

"Maddie, what happened?" asks my mom with a gentle hand on my back. I don't reply, and she says, "Let me guess, you're still nervous about your dad?" I nod.

My mom pulls me onto her lap, and she says, "Maddie, he's going to come back. Remember when you were four, and he flew into a portal that led to space? He came back, didn't he?" says my mom. I nod slowly.

"Well, if he came back after that, then he'll come back this time," says my mom. "Mom, he's in space! He left on a spaceship. I saw it in person. I was almost the one who got sent to space until daddy relieved me of my duty of saving the wizard," I say.

"Wait, he told you to save the wizard?" says my mom. "Yeah, he gave Peter and me the job of saving the wizard. We both got beamed up, and were on the outside of the spaceship that was almost out of the atmosphere," I say. "When your father gets back here, I'm going to kill him. He sent an 18-year-old and a 7-year-old to save a wizard that was almost in space! Where were his brain cells?!" says my mom. I start laughing, and she says, "I'm glad my complaints are making you laugh."
