You had been Chaeyoung's lover for 3 years, and you decided to visit her for the first time as she's just close to your place

"Youngie~ I'm going somewhere.."

"Where?" You smirked as she was doing her homework, not even glancing at you which made you lose your smirk. You grabbed your bag and turned your mic off as you walked down the streets

"Y/nn, I'm gonna get a bath... I'll be back"

"Okay~" Your pace quickened, hoping to reach your lovely chipmunk's home in a short while and also buying snacks along the way

Chae lets out a satisfied sigh as she lets the cold water run down her body, she was too immersed at bathing herself she didn't knew the front door opened then closed shut. Few footsteps were heard and callings of her name were echoing a bit, your lover continued scrubbing herself not until she felt arms around her waist

"YAH!"

"OW, YOUNGIE IT'S ME!" Chae points the shower head at the you after kicking you where it hurts the most, you took the shower head and panted as you stared down at Chae

"Baby?!"

"H-Hey.." Chaeyoung smacked you, yet gave you a tight embrace not even giving a damn that she is naked. You smiled at it yet had your eyes close as respect to your lover

"How'd you know?!"

"Well, I was the one who bumped into you last week.. I just moved in and I didn't know you're my neighbor" You say and sat on the bed as you let your girl continue her bath, she finishes up and immediately pulled you in her arms blushing as your face was stuffed between her breasts

"I didn't know, baby... I-I've been busy these days"

"It's alright, I understand.." You looked up with a small smile, knowing it was her work as an idol in a group. But that wasn't it, for Chae's perspective

The two had cuddled for the rest of the day, Chae had her face nuzzled against your neck sighing softly with her slim fingers tracing your collarbone up to your neck. You sighed and wrapped an arm around her shoulders pulling her closer as if she's gonna let go

Chae kisses your cheek, smiling as she held you close more. It was quiet and no one dared to break the bubble of comfort, or so you two thought

"It's probably work, you should answer it-"

"Yeah.." You watched your lover sit up, grabbing her phone and turned away before answering. You laid on your tummy, smiling contentedly as you nuzzled your nose deep into Chae's pillows smelling the scent of jasmine and her natural scent

"Babe, I have to go.."

"B-But.. We just.." Chae gives you a kiss on yor lips, it was short but you held her face to keep the both of you into a hot makeout session

"Y/n..."

"Stay please..." You begged, your hands tangled in her hair as she hovered on top of you. She lets out a sigh, more of disappointment than a contented one

"Fine..."

"You seem mad about it..sorry" You turned away, stifling your mumbles by biting your thumb. You were expecting your Chae to stay and cuddle you like the both of you dreamt to, but instead you saw her dress up in her closet

You frowned and sat up, preparing yourself to leave out of guilt as if you disturbed her moment. You wore your boots and left her apartment, going back to your home half-hearted and teary-eyed

Weeks later, you never heard anything from Chae as you ignored her due to her busy schedules or anything that keeps her busy

Not until one day, you were hired by Dispatch and asked to follow one of BlackPink's members who were rumoured to have someone they might be dating or seeing

You held your camera close as you walked near Han River, seeing two familiar figures sitting by the grass with hands interlocked out in the open so you pass by to snap some photos quietly in the dark

But then, you bumped onto the idol making you drop your camera that was in your bag, looking up in anger you saw the only woman you didn't expect nor need to see for the moment

"Y-Y/n?!"

"So it's you... I know my instincts were right" You teared up as you picked up your stuff, the other person was confused as they looked over to Chaeyoung who was looking down in shame

"I wish I came earlier, or not... I didn't know it'll hurt this bad"

"I'll go, hope not to see you again" You muttered, Chae saw your badge that belonged to Dispatch and she was terrified of what you'll do

"Y/n, come back!"

Few days later, you uploaded the photos you took along with the title "BlackPink's Rosé found holding hands with unknown person"

"Y/n!!!"

"What?" You muttered as you turned off your laptop, looking up to see your girlfriend....ex-girlfriend standing before you

"T-Take it down, please..."

"I'll give you attention now, even if I'm at work.. I'm worried about my career too, Y/nn" She says whilst kneeling in desperation, you gripped the arm rests of your chair whilst staring at her dead in the eyes

You have two choices, take the photos down and make it up with her

Or...you push her away and continue your work, what would YOU choose?

You bit your lip, thinking of what you would do in this situation. Chae stood up and held your face softly, making you melt into her touch

"Babe, I love you... I-I have split my connections to that person already, please"

You gulped, trying to get rid of the tears im your eyes also not making eye contact with Chae

You were about to decline not until...she crashes her lips with yours, that made your brain stop functioning. She sits on your lap, her thumbs caressing your cheeks as her lips moved against yours

"Come on baby, kiss me.."

She begs, connecting her forehead with yours as she pulled away and her arms looping around your neck. You sighed with a bit of sadness, closing your eyes as you felt fingers running through your hair which is Chae's habit when you're stressed. There's nothing that gets you mad for days when your lovely chipmunk is around, and that's one of the things you loved about her

"Fuck..."

You turned around to your computer, immediately deleting all of your files from Dispatch then did a short resignation letter before shutting your computer down. Chae had witnessed every bit of it and it grew a small grin and blush on her face

"T-Thank you..."

"It's nothing... I didn't want to work there anyways, they're making me expose my friends.." You muttered, fiddling with your fingers whilst the other watched you. You felt a finger under your chin, looking up you saw Chae smiling at you as if you haven't done bad

"I'm proud of you, baby"

"B-But..can we start again, perhaps? I-If ever there's really a breakup or something like that" She says with a frown on her face, you beamed a small smile once you hugged her tight. You nuzzled your face on her chest, just like your usual hugs and kisses on your daily basis with her

"Yes, Chae.. Let's start again"

"I love you~" She tears up, kissing you almost immediately with her arms locking you tight so you felt her tears running down

"I love you too, baby"
