so me and my sister have set out to rewatch all the Barbie movies and yesterday we started with my favourite, Barbie and the Fairy Secret.
now this has and always will be my comfort movie and yesterday i realised why,
Barbie and Raquelle were the og enemies to lovers.
the enemies to lovers trope is my favourite trope and now i understand why and it was because of this movie.
do you know the scene where Barbie and Raquelle forgive each other and they hug breaking the spell thing? yeah well they should've kissed just saying.
even my sister pointed out that Barbie has pan wings and Raquelle has bi wings
also Barbie remembered something Raquelle did back when they were in primary school im pretty sure. (im irish i dont know what the fuck the 10th grade is)
and dont even get me started on Barbie and the Diamond Castle because that movie was gay as FUCK. i mean Liana and Alexa left the boys on a giant rainbow wearing dresses made out of the lesbian and bi flags to go live the cottage core lesbian dream
