Once I threw a flower up in the wind,
But it didn't come back to me,
It drifted pass it's once home,
Down the steady waters,
As it's petals fell one by one,
It passed by it's friends,
Which stood rooted as they swayed in the wind,
Abandoning the small sprout,
It's stem soaked in water gradually,
Finally going down the waterfall's throat.

Reminds me of mankind,
No matter how deep someone is,
No matter how much they're drowning,
No matter how well they're dying,
They won't root themselves out of the ground to help,
They'll just stay on the side, helpless.
