Kavin's POV
"Kavin..." Purvi said, "Jao jaake Dev ko leke aao please, warna wahi dera jama k betha rahega!"
I chuckled and nodded.
Ananya's POV
Me and Dev worked together and found that the guy that was shot, had a locket with letter 'A' in the pocket of his jeans.
"Iska naam A se shuru hota hai?" I asked. "Jisse bhi shuru hota ho, locket gale me pehn'ne ke lie hota hai" He said.
"Point. Ispe fingerprints honge, check krne do" I said. He nodded and sat on a chair next to my desk.
I took the fingerprints and started testing them.
After some minutes I was done. I looked at Dev who was staring at me from the last almost ten minutes.
I cocked my eyebrow.
"Umm, kya mila?" He asked.
"Well, mare hue aadmi k fingerprints hai aur kisi unknown bande ke bhi hai" I said.
"Woww!!" He said. "Isme wow jesa kya tha?" I asked confusingly.
"Ehmm, ki tumne itni badi discovery ki!!" He said.
"Dev, sometimes you are...weird" I replied. He chuckled. "I know...but sirf tumhare saath aisa hota hu" He said.
"Mujhme kya special hai?" I asked.
"Tum to poori ki poori special ho" He said looking straight in my eyes.
I lowered my lashes and my cheeks became a bit red.
"Ahem ahem" Someone coughed really hard. We looked at the door. It was Kavin.
"Mene disturb to nhi kiya?" He asked.
"A dumb question asked by a dumb person!!" Dev said.
"To isko me kya samjhu? Haan ya naa?" Kavin asked.
"Yaha kyu tapka yeh bta!!" Dev asked.
"Tujhe lene aaya hu, Addu bula rhi hai. Naah aaya to tera kaddu bna deghi, chal" He said. I chuckled.
Dev looked at me and smiled.
"Kavin tumne abhi toh use addu bol diya lekin uske saamne mat bolna nahi toh vo tumhara kaddu bana degi" I said. They both chuckled.
"Okay captian" He said
"Bye Ananya" Dev said.
I smiled.
"Bye Bh..." Kavin said, me and Dev looked at him, "...Bhai chalna" He finally said.
They left.
Dev's POV
"Kya me pooch sakta hu yeh kya bakwaas thi?" I asked.
"Haan pooch na!" Kavin replied.
"Munna Bhai M.B.B.S ka time gaya, ab Dangal ka time hai! Saale yehi dangal ho jaegi aaj to" I said.
"Bhai tu aaj kar hi le jo krna hai" Kavin said.
I looked at him.
"Ek bechara devar apni bhabhi dhoondh raha hai, aur tu? Tujhe dangal ki padi hai? Chee!!" He said.
I rolled my eyes.
Purvi came.
"Dev, Ananya ko kuch pta chala?" She asked.
I told her about the locket.
"A?" Kavin asked.
"A for..." Purvi said. "Apple!!" Kavin replied.
Purvi gave him a death glare. He lowered his lashes and controlled his laughter.
"Ya fir...A for...Adderall?" She said.
"Adderall hi kyu?" I asked.
"Kyunki filhaal wahi ek cheez hai jo A se shuru hoti hai aur hamare case se linked hai" Kavin said. Purvi hummed.
"Uss locket me kuch khaas tha?" Purvi asked.
"Haan Ma'am, bohot hi ajeeb si banavat thi uski" I replied.
"Aur banane wale ka naam tha uspe?"
She asked.
"Woh Ananya dekh rahi thi...me pooch ke aau?" I asked.
"No no no no! Tum rehne do please! Kavin you go" She ordered.
Kavin gave me a nudge and then left.
He came back in five minutes.
"CSK shop naam ki koi dukaan hai" He said.
"Siddharth pta lgao yeh shop kaha hai" Purvi ordered.
He nodded and started looking for the shop.
"Sai Hospital ke paas me hai, Dharavi me" He informed.
"Hmm...Dev aur Kavin tum dono jao. Pta kro woh locket kisne banvaya tha" She said. We nodded and left.
