Purvi's POV
"Siddharth dusre ladke k bareme pta kr sakte ho?" I asked.
"Ma'am college se pta krna hoga" He replied.
"Good. Pta kro jaldi" I ordered. He nodded and started his work.
The next morning...
Everyone was in office by 10 o'clock.
"Okk aaj ka plan..." I said, "sab yaha hai na?" I asked looking at the team.
They nodded.
"Good, so..." I said and stopped, "where is Kavin?" I asked as he wasn't present.
I looked at Dev.
"Purvi, you know, aaj kal traffic..." He said.
"Dev ham sab time pe aae hai. Traffic hamare lie bhi hoti hai!" I said.
"Aur tumhare saath rehta hai na woh? To tum kyu nhi fase traffic me?" I asked. He kept quiet.
"Aane do aaj..." I said.
We had to wait for him as I wanted the whole team present for the plan. He came at 11 am. I stood there with my arms folded. I looked at my wrist watch and then looked at him. He faked a smile.
"Traffic tha" He said.
"Good. Ab poora din tum traffic me hi rahoge" I said.
"Manjhe?" He asked.
"Manjhe samjhati hu, aao" I said.
"So, today's plan: Siddharth aur Avneet, tum dono Jai Hind college jao Rahul aur uske friend k bareme pta lagane" I ordered. The nodded.
"Ananya tu to vese hi velli hai. Tu aur Dev, dono jao aur uss sketch wale bande k bareme pta kro" I said.
"And you" I said turning to Kavin, "tum mere saath aaoghe aur ham pta lagaenghe k yaha adderall naam ka drug kon smuggle krta hai" I said.
"Ese to poora din ghoomna padega!" Kavin complained. I smirked.
"Right! Lago kaam pe sab" I said. He rolled his eyes and everyone went.
"Traffic na? Jeep bhi tum chalaoghe" I said to Kavin. He made a puppy face but I ignored him.
Dev's POV
We reached the CSK Shop and from there we started showing the sketch to some people. Some of them knew him and some didn't.
"Yeh to apna Raka hai" A man said looking at the sketch.
"Aap kese jaante hai ise?" I asked.
"Iska to yaha aana jaana laga rehta tha. Boht acche se jaanta hu me ise" He replied.
"Kesa aadmi tha yeh?" I asked.
"Sahb boht galat dhande the iske" He said getting close to my ear. I hummed.
"Iska ghar kaha hai, kucch pta hai aapko?" I asked.
"Haan haan, yehi baju wali kholi hai iski" He said indicating the small house.
We thanked him and walked towards the house.
"Dev kitna chalna padega? Me thak geyi hu!" Ananya said. I chuckled.
"Kisne kaha tha itni uchi heel pehn'ne ko?" I asked.
"Dev please na, thoda beth k araam krle?" She asked cutely.
"Dekho aaram ka time to nhi hai. Bolo to gowd me uthake le chalu?" I asked. She looked at me.
"You are impossible!!" She said hiding her unhidden blush.
We reached the house. It was locked.
"Yaha to taala laga hua hai. Chalo baadme aate hai" Ananya said.
"Ek minute" I said holding her wrist. I slightly pulled her closer.
"Dev?" She said nervously.
I left her wrist and took my hand to her hair. She stepped backwards. I got close to her again.
"D...Dev? K-kya kar rhe ho?" She asked.
"Sshh" I said.
My hand rubbed with her left cheek, which was deep red along with the right one. She lowered her lashes. My hand was caressing her hair. She was standing all numb. I slightly smiled.
