Expect all humans are selfish
Expect that no one cares how you feel
Expect that you can't trust anyone
Expect people only care about themselves
Expect for your feelings to be hurt
Expect for your feelings not being heard
Expect for people to leech off you when they want
Expect to give and not get anything in return
Expect to be lonely
Expect the negative when expecting something positive
Because people who are "friends" or "family" don't give a shit about you and you need to expect that
