(A/N: This story is about multiple Kamen Riders but the main Kamen Rider is Build.)
After the new year has started, the hero course students of U.A High as well as hero trainees from other hero school also have started their work study with the hero agency that they choose. Midoriya, Bakugo, Takeru, Seiryuu and Todoroki went to Endeavor Agency to learn from the Number One Hero and gain more experience. At the same time, Hawks has given Endeavor a message about the rise of the Paranormal Liberation Front against the heroes of Japan. And the heroes are preparing for the storm. Hawks went to the villain base and give a report. At the same time, he placed the small feather in order to listen the conversation of the villains just from small vibration.
(Endeavor Agency) (Endeavor's Office)
While still in his office, Endeavor is still reading the book at the highlighted parts.
Endeavor: *in mind*Hawks, are you secretly investigating the enemy...? "In... case of... failure... more manpower..."
The flame lit at his face.
(Flashback)
(Hero Public Safety Commission HQ)
The president call Endeavor to meet with her. From Hawks's report, there'd many heroes who's helping the PLF which the commission don't want to reveal to the public. They are narrowing the location of each PLF base all around the nation.
Endeavor: Is that why you summoned me?
"Yes, it would allow for the students to have more experience with villains, and it should be beneficial for you, as well. Please train the work study students thoroughly, Endeavor."
(Flasback End)
He close the book as he put it back on the table.
Endeavor: *in mind*The Commission and Hawks have already grasp the outline of the enemy and are working behind closed door. In other words, the work studies this time are to prepare for that...?!
(Main Room)
Burnin: But anyway! Since Endeavor only intend to train Shoto-kun and probably Cross-Z, the three of you might will work with us.
Bakugo: I came because I was told I could see the number one work up close!
Midoriya: You'll still see it! Calm down, Kacchan!
Takeru: Katsuki, would you shut up like for at least a minute without talking too much?
Bakugo: What was that?!
Seiryuu: Hey, please calm down, Bakugo.
Todoroki: It's different from what I expected, though. I'll try talking to him.
The large automatic door opened reveal Endeavor who's walking out with his usual serious expression.
Endeavor: *in mind*This work study is insurance for our fighting strength. Goodness... I still don't agree with it, but for now...
He step forward to the hero trainees.
Endeavor: Shoto, Cross-Z, Build, Deku, Bakugo-- I'll be looking after you five.
At the PLF base, Hawks smirk and glad that the villains underestimate the hero trainees. Even without him being there, they could easily take down the villain themselves.
(Gym)
The hero trainees gear up in their hero costume as they step forward into the gym.
