Chapter 3 : Control And A New Arrival

The next day the boy was called to go to the beach the next day after school and when he arrived he found AllMight on his skinny form waiting for him

Izuku- "AllMight!"

All Might- "Midoriya! My boy, I've done some research last night and called my mentor for advice, I think I got a good grasp on how to get some control of the quirk"

The man than told him to sit down on the beach and just mediate for a bit minutes later the man began to talk again

All Might- "Keep your eyes close and keep your mind clear, I want you to create a mental image of what you think the power of OFA looks like, for me and my monster we thought of it as a burning flame like and Olympic torch, clean your mind and make a shape of OFA and tell me what you see once it becomes clear to you"

The men kept silent for a moment before the boy spoke back to him

Izuku- "I..I see a small burning sun.."

All Might- "Alright..now, I want you just to feel it, don't pull it into your body just let your mind feel it"

After a few minutes later both continued to stay quiet until the older man talked again

All Might- "Now, I want you to imagine that you can pull some energy away from the sun, OFA is an energy quirk of raw power you need to be careful of how much energy you pull away from it to your body, if you pull to much you'll hurt yourself like yesterday"

The boy stood quiet for a second until he asked how could he pull it, the hero question the boy about his transformation asking if he only buff up one part of his body or his entire body with OFA, Izuku soon got an Idea and figured out the problem he had, he envisioned the energy coming off as solar flares going into his body, soon after izuku felt power to across his entire body and it felt like it was burning, from the outside after figuring out how to use the power All Might saw red veins appeared all over Izuku body before disappearing and green lighting appeared in its place but he could also see that the boy was in pain by the signs he shown trembling a little

All Might- "Okay, you got the spreading out problem figured out, now it's the percentage control, you said you envisioned the energy as solar flares right just try imaging instead of big solar flares as smaller one instead"

After about 10 minutes Izuku had stopped trembling and had opened his eyes, AllMight could tell that Izuku had gained control of OFA at the moment, the boy was happy about finally getting control of his power but soon the percentage when up and a suddenly pain was felt thought his body so he cut the quirk off before it could do damage

All Might- "Hmmm...okay you have gotten a baseline of the power, however now your current problem is to maintained it when you lose control, so here's is the goal for the next month or so, whenever you have the chance you need to activate OFA and just the baseline that your body can handle try to move around and doing other things, the key for you is to get the feeling down you don't have to ever think of activating it and setting it to a limit you want, it need to become a bare instinct for you understood?"

Izuku nodded in understanding and they called it for the day and went home, after they had figured out that the baseline was 5%, the boy felt down at that since AllMight had told him he didn't have any trouble when he got it but than AllMight reminded him that the quirk was far stronger than when he got it and he was just getting use to it

All Might- "As time passes your control will increase, right now we need you to to able to turn it on and off without problem before we get to the next stages"
