Another year has gone by
Another cold,lonesome filled holiday
I dont even know the meaning behind family anymore
Father is gone on a buissnes trip...again

Adrien sighed softly as he watched the light colored snow fall from the dark night sky, he watched as parents scurried through stores to find the perfect gift for their children for the holidays, he watched as people awed and stood around the giant Christmas tree beside the Eiffel tower.
Adrien had never been one to resent others for what they had, or in this case for what he didnt have but tonight the young sixteen year old let himself dip his toe in his sarrows.
It had been more then two years since the disappearance of his beloved mother and as he moved further from the last day he saw her, the further he felt from her.
The male never had time or the proper setting to mourn his mother and his father wasnt much help either
The two had grown very distant they they rarely ever spoke to eachother anymore.
So now Adrien sat on his long expensive couch just looking out his window at the city below
How could somone who has everything they could ever wnat or need...have nothing and be miserable
"Kid are you alright"asked a somewhat raspy voice from the bed behind him
