I arrived at the club and seen that everyone was there. In shock, I rushed over to Melody and asked her what happened.

"Oh Kid, it's so terrible. One of the pipes burst and it caused the whole place to flood. I'm so sorry, baby ."

I gave her a hug and kiss on the cheek. My sweet Melody, what would I do without her? I went pass the pool of water and headed upstairs to my room to see if I could gather some of my things before getting evacuated by the police department. One of the officers stopped me and asked me some questions to tell my side of the situation.

"Do you know how this might've happened?"

I shook my head and explained my side of the story.

"Well, we're gonna need for all of you to evacuate. Just to make sure nothing bad has happened." I nodded my head and the officer walked away from me.

Miko and Levi patted me on the back and gave their apologies but I stayed silent in disappointment.

"Hey man, do you know what you're gonna do? What about our band? Our performances? Money?" Levi asked.

I couldn't say much and then, traveled up the stairs to go and figure it out in my own. Like I always do.

"Hey Kid, if you need anything, we're here." Miko yelled from downstairs. But I was already in my own world to not even hear him and paced the floor of my bedroom.

Sudden flashbacks of Aura clouded my mind and it caused me to flinch and with these flashbacks, I immediately tried to push them away by trying to pack my things.

While packing my stuff, I heard a noise and stopped in my tracks. Looking around the room, I couldn't see anything but I could hear something. The noise became a thud and I slowly walked up to the noise and saw that it was a woman going through my boxes looking for something.

By her rumbling through my things, I semi yelled out, "Hey! What are you doing?!" She stopped in her tracks and looked backed to see that I felt familiar to her. But in a split second, in a panic, she disappeared and I yelled out for her to come back.

"I'm not trying to hurt you!" I heard giggling and suddenly I felt a small wind that sent chills down my spine as it came from the ladder of stairs. I raced back upstairs and saw that everyone was gone. I could still hear the giggling but she was nowhere to be found. By searching through the band's practice area that was halfway flooded with water, I just felt that there was no way that this chapter could end so quickly when it just had begun.

"Who are you?!" I yelled out and the echoes became so loud enough to the point where they reflected my insides. Empty yet satisfied.

Nude Bridge

I returned to the Nude Bridge and entered into the house to see it filled with people of all colors and shapes dancing, singing, eating and more. The building was exquisite, fancy and designed to perfection.

All thanks to the house mother, Dawn. She created this place with the intent of making this place a safe house for the spirits that have passed on. Yes, that's right! We were once mortal and now, we are now in the house trying to build a mission for ourselves.

And that mission is to help or guide those who have reached their breaking point. Everyone is assigned to a human every week and unfortunately, I haven't been assigned to anyone...at all. No, really! At all. I can't really explain how long I've not been assigned to anyone mainly because, there's no time here. And I'm not the most acknowledged one here. That would be Dawn. She only comes out when the sun goes up and if there is a crisis within the house, which hasn't really happened because this is a good place. No sadness, no fear, no negativity.
