30th November 2021

6:54am. Friday morning. I couldn't sleep at all. My wrist was in so much pain, the 1 day slowly turning into hours. At the moment, it said I had 22 hours left. I had watched it before. It had counted down from 23 hours to 22 hours at exactly 6:36am.

I got out of bed, deciding it was stupid to think I could get back to sleep. I walked into my bathroom, taking extra time to shave my legs, wash my hair, doing my face routine- anything to take my mind off the fact Louis had less then 24 hours to decide whether he wanted to live or not.

Finally 8:30 rolled around and I texted mama and dad that I had left the house, receiving a 'have a good day' and 'be good' in return.

"Do you think you love him?" Rory asked randomly at the lunch. Leaning her chin on her palm. I was taken back by her question.

"No I don't think so, why?" I questioned she shrugged and ate the muesli bar on her tray.

"Zach and I were planning to not come to school today. We would've been rebels," she shimmied in her chair, I snorted and put a hand on her shoulder to stop her from scaring the other students in the cafeteria.

"Gotta keep up your education Rory, can't be like me on Tuesday." She nodded, looking back up at me.

"You're my beff frien." Rory said, her voice muffled from the food in her mouth. I tilted my head at her.

"I know."

"So what would you have done if you weren't?" She asked, raising an eyebrow after swallowing the food.

"Kill off anyone who was your best friend," I decided, grinning from ear to ear.

"You'd be in jail for that A. I wouldn't be able to bail you out either, I only get 5 cents an hour." I snorted and covered it up with a cough.

"It only feels like that because you work more hours then you're supposed to and don't get paid the right amount." I explained, she sighed and rolled her head backwards. She almost fell out of her chair as she tried leaning further back to connect eyes with Zach who was staring at her with a smile.

They were most definitely in love and I couldn't wait to hear all the details I'd get from her about their weekend on Sunday.

"You go join Zach, I'm going to look for Louis real quick," I leant over and did our secret handshake that wasn't so secret.

I waved goodbye before turning around and seeing Louis sit with Hal in the far corner. I slid in next to him and grinned when Hal made a disgusted face. "Don't you dare start any PDA around me," he scowled, pointing his finger at me.

"What's PDA?" I asked, turning and kissing Louis' cheek.

"You missed," the brunette grinned at me. I rolled my eyes but didn't fix my mistake, turning to Hal who had covered his eyes with his other hand flipping us off.

I scoffed and whacked his hand away, shaking my head lightly.

"Where's JJ and Jake?" I asked, leaning back on my chair.

"Jake is staying with his Aunt for the weekend so they left early this morning, Freya went with him, and JJ just didn't want to come today since he had no tests," I nodded as Louis wrapped his arm on the top of my chair, my back slightly leaning on it.

"What are you plans for the weekends boys?"

Holy shit I almost completely forgot.

"I dunno, thought about hanging with you?" Louis asked, turning to look at me. I swear I must of looked crazy with the way a smile broke out on my face. I felt my stomach drop in happiness at his question and soon felt lightheaded too.
