An era completed yet unfinished-
Gaudis masterpiece marvelous to look at!
The picture reads stock yet Sagrada stands unfinished.
Private donations were meant to build her.
From temple to minor basilica- were we not meant to grow?
Why does time have to move permanently upwards?
Can we not simply turn back and tweak those damning events?
Antoni Gaudi gifted the earth manure for its daises and Sagrada suffered.
Every brick left unlaid sit individually minor,
Yet together they form a wall and without walls settles a cold building.
With sticks I replace the bricks that were taken from me,
Fill the void of what was meant to be and create something new.
La Sagrada Familia will stand completed.
