once the batch closes, i will post a chapter listing the people that will be receiving a graphic + the order .

you must fully fill out the form of the graphic you want in order for me to consider accepting it . you don't have to fill out the ones labeled as optional , the others are required .
fill out the form using A SINGLE COMMENT ONLY . reply to it if you forgot something . also, specify the type of graphic you're requesting for at the top of your comment.

| type | would you like a manipulated , simple or minimalistic cover ?
| genre | you can list more than one
| mood | what do you want your cover to be like (ex. dark , happy , bubbly, etc)
| colors * | let me know if you have an specific color or theme in mind
| inspiration * | are there any of my covers that you wish yours could be similar to ? or anything you want me to get inspiration from ?
| published ? | is your book published ? if it isn't , make sure it's ready to be published.
| extras * | anything else ?
| tags | tag three or more users that may be interested in requesting!
