"Ezzah.....ezzah jaldi utho!" someone shook her hard
(Wake up)

"Bas 5 minute sohne do" ezzah groaned
(Just 5 more minutes)

"Utho ezzah" Amara yelled taking her pillow off of her
(Wake up)

"yaar abhi toh bas 9.00 baje hai, 5 minute aur soone do" ezzah whined
(It's just 9.00 clock, let me sleep for a while more)

"Ezzah jaldi utho, dadu ki tabiyat kharab hai" Amara yelled taking her blanket off of her
(Ezzah get up, dadu health is not good)

"Kya?" Ezzah jolted up and sat straight on her bed
(What?)

"Achanak dadu ki tabiyaat kharaab hogayi hai aur doctor bhi aaye hue hai" Amara said with worry on her face
(Suddenly dadu health have worsen and doc have also came)

"Kya hua dadu ko" ezzah asked concerned and worry filling her, there is not even an ounce of sleep on her eyes
(What happened to her)

"Pata nahi, ab jaldi chalo" Amara said pulling ezzah's hands to made her stand up
(Not sure, now come fast)

They both ran to her dadu's room where the whole Khan family is already present

They entered her room and found dadu on her bed and doctor uncle checking on her pulse, they silently stood beside her bed, they were confused seeing her dadu calm

After a while the doctor asked "Kab kharaab hue thi inki tabiyaat"
(When did her health worsen)

"Subah 8.00 baje se" izaan said who is seated beside dadu's bed on a chair, he was the only one who was there when she fainted
(From 8.00 clock)

"Dihaan rakhna chahye aap ko inka" doctor said
(You should have took care of her more)

"Is it something serious?" Aabdin asked worried

"Jee, inki heart thodi Kamzoor hai magar bakhi ka sab normal hai" doctor seriously said
(Yes, her heart is weak but beside that everything is fine)

"Heart Kamzoor Matlab kya hua tha ammi jaan ko?" khurram asked worriedly, no one knows what happened suddenly, they came here on the sound of izzan yelling that dadu is fainted
(What exactly happened to her)

Doctor sighed and glanced at radwah begum for a minute and then turned to her sons and said "she have gone through a small cardiac arrest"

A series of gasp can be heard clearly around the room, then rabia and nadira started crying while hashir and aariz tried to console them

"It's just a minor heart attack, Ab sab theek hai, Maine inko dawai dediya hai, ab araam karne de, koi tension na dein" doctor said to them
(Now it's alright, I've given meds to her and make sure to not stress her)

"minor hoya major Heart attack heart attack hi toh hota hai!" Amara said to him, she couldn't image how she have gone through an immense pain like that
(Minor or major doesn't matter, heart attack is a heart attack)
