💙Do this shifting method when you actually feel a little hungry because then you will genuinely start to crave food. And your senses will begin to highly increase in a natural way. To the point, where you don’t have to force yourself to use your senses

💙And you may or may not get shifting symptoms for this method (which is okay, either way because this method works both ways regardless of having symptoms or no symptoms at all).

❤Do not do this shifting method when your stomach is REALLY empty and growling at late night, because then you're not going to be able to focus on this method since you actually will need food for energy...and you won't be able to mentally think (i know because that happened to me). And do not starve yourself for this shifting method, that is unhealthy and you do not need to do that.

❤You don't have to feel hungry to do this shifting method. It will work either way.

💘This is a sleeping shifting method. And this method is something that you do at night in your room, when you are craving to eat something but don't want to get out of your bed to go eat actual food in your kitchen.

METHOD STEPS:

STEP 1: Do this method at night in your home when you are craving to eat a snack. This has to be after a few minutes or a few hour(s) after you have already eaten something.

STEP 2: Be a little bit hungry so that you start craving food naturally.

NOTE: But don’t be TOO hungry and don’t do this shifting method while your stomach is empty (without eating food), because then you won’t be able to focus on the method itself since you won’t have any energy. You will feel very drained and won’t be able to think. And won’t be able to do the method since you won’t have any concentration.

So yeah, do NOT starve yourself for this method! That’s why I said that it is healthier to do this method after you have already eaten some food. (So that you have energy).

STEP 3: Think about which DR food you are currently craving for at the moment. (which food from your DR that you want to eat).

STEP 4: Now that you picked your DR food, get into very detailed depth with it in your mind. Start using your 5 senses to feel and connect to your DR food.

What does it feel like with physical touch? Smell like? Taste like? Look like? Etc.

STEP 5: As you are using your 5 Senses, start imagining that you are eating your DR-food in a short DR-scenario (like a short seconded GIF video).

You should start to feel positive energy while doing this. That’s how you know that it’s working for you.

STEP 6: Start telling yourself shifting affirmations in between each bite, chew, lick, swallow, taste, feel, and smell of your DR-food. Repeat your affirmations 1-4 times to yourself.

STEP 7 (LAST STEP): Keep repeating the whole process of your short DR food-scenario GIF-like video to yourself along with your shifting affirmations and your senses. You should repeat it to yourself over and over again, until you fall asleep. And wake up in your DR.
