SUNNI SHIFTING METHOD & SLEEPING SHIFTING METHOD
Important Notes About This Method: ❤You don’t have to be thirsty to use this shifting method
❤Don’t make your throat dry without thirst, when trying this method out because then you won’t be able to concentrate on the method itself
❤Do this method after you finished drinking a beverage so your throat isn’t dry
❤If you are craving to drink something, then this method is for you
❤Don’t be too thirsty because then you won’t be able to focus on the shifting method with a very dry throat
METHOD STEPS: STEP 1: Lay down on your bed in your room at night. Get comfortable and relax yourself as you are about to go to sleep
STEP 2: Close your eyes as you are laying down in your bed
STEP 3: Think about which beverage you are craving to drink that is from your DR. Be a little bit thirsty so that you start naturally craving to drink something
STEP 4: Now that you have your DR-drink in mind; you are going to imagine a short and quick DR-scenario (like a short TikTok video) with your DR-self
STEP 5: Imagine that your DR-self is holding your DR-drink with your hands.
Feel your hands and fingers holding and touching your DR-drink’s cup.
And imagine that you are taking a large sip of your DR-drink through a straw (or you are sipping the top of your DR-drink’s cup).
STEP 6: Feel your lips touch the straw (or the top of your DR-drink’s cup).
Taste your DR-drink with your taste-buds and your tongue. Imagine the strong scent of your DR-drink surround you all at once
STEP 7: While you are taking a large sip of your DR-drink through a straw (or the top of your DR-drink’s cup); repeat a shifting affirmation to yourself several times
Every time you take a sip of your DR-drink: repeat a different affirmation to yourself
STEP 8 (LAST STEP): Then feel yourself swallow the liquid of your DR-drink (imagine that it goes smoothly down your throat like a waterfall)
Take a sip of your DR-drink again as you repeat a affirmation to yourself
Keep on repeating this whole process in your DR-scene in your mind
Repeat your DR-scene to yourself, until you fall asleep and wake up in your DR
SHORT SUMMARY OF THE METHOD: 💚Be a little bit thirsty to start craving to drink something (but NOT too thirsty!)
🧡Do this method at night after you already drank something so your throat isn’t very dry
💚Use your senses to touch, feel, taste, & smell your DR-drink
🧡Imagine your DR-self is drinking their DR-drink in a short DR-scene
💚Everytime your DR-self drinks their DR-drink, repeat shifting affirmations to yourself
🧡Repeat your short DR-scene to yourself over and over again to yourself in your mind, until you fall asleep. And wake up in your DR
