I rushed towards mom's room as I was getting late for the meeting
“come in” she said while i made my way inside
“what is it” i asked sitting on the chair near the bed
“i see these days” she continued with a slight pose
“what is holding you back? Honey she is gone don't wait for her now it's been long and y/n she is a good girl don't ruin her life too” she explained while my hands curled into a fist
“how am i supposed to when my heart just doesn't wanna let go of her, when I said i loved her she said she loves me too”
The tears i held back for years were now threatening to fall
“i understand it's hard but look at y/n isn't she being hurt in all this and what about jungwon that kid who thinks you both are a perfect family he deserves to have parents like other kids have” she calmly spoke while caressing my hand
“mom it hurts it hurts really much to wait for her but I promised to wait for her even if it takes my whole life and if about y/n than idk” i said getting up and making my way out of the room
“you have to think about her” she said before i completely disappeared from her sight
“mr.ahn could you please cancel all my plans today and I want you to do some personal work also”
