Percy: You. He isn't good with feelings.
Viktor: Him. You were long distance and he wanted you to know.
Adrian: You. You said it when you confessed your feelings for him.
Snape: You. Like Percy he isn't good with his feelings.
Remus: You. He is to insecure to say it in fear of you not feeling the same.
Sirius: Him. He wanted you to know as soon as possible.
James: Him. You thought he cheated and then he said it.
Frank: You. He wasn't really sure and he didn't say it right back.
Peter: You. He is way to shy.
Newt: Him. He knew he loved you from the beginning.
Regulus: Him. He lost his brother so he didn't want to lose you too.
Tonks: Her. She ain't ashamed anymore.

Theo: Him. He is a Slytherin and I feel like he didn't know how to deal with his feelings.
