"Ms Cullen, as much as I love to welcome new students into my class, I would prefer it if you did not distract my other students from their projects" You-know-who says
Alice gives me a smile before she turns and walks off to her assigned seat at the front of the room.
The chatter picks back up and all goes back to normal.
"Doll are you sure that you're ok?" He asks and my heart flutters at the nickname. I would be dying right now if he could hear my thoughts about him being just like the Bucky barnes fan fictions I used to read. "Because you looked... sad"
Snapping out of it, I let out a breath
"I'm fine" I say but he just tilts his head at me, telling me he doesn't believe me "Its stupid" I say as I trail off and I glance away from him
"Nothin you could say would make you sound stupid, Liana, I promise" He says as I glance back at him.
He's the only person that I know that calls me by my first name, it's almost as if he thinks of it as some form of respect... it's weird, cute, but still weird.
"Ok, fine, I'll tell you, but it is stupid" I warn, but he just continues to look at me... am I really going to tell him??
"I just thought about me having maths after this that's all" I say instead
Expecting him to call my bluff I open my mouth to talk again but he beats me to it.
"You thought about maths and that made you upset?" He asks and I feel myself going red
"Yes, ok... feel free to tease me about it later, but it's actually the worst subject out there" I say as I gather my things as the bell goes off
He just laughs as he shakes his head.

Walking up to Jessica's car after school, I place my head on the outside of the window.
"What did you do this time?" She asks
"I told Jasper Cullen that I was sad at the thought of having maths next in order to cover up the fact that I thought his sister was his girlfriend" I sigh
"Well seems like you've had one hell of a day" She comments as she unlocks the car
"You could say that" I admit, but then I see Jasper walking towards us
"Hello Ladies" He says, formally and I blush "Could I speak to Liana?" He asks and Jess practically pushes me towards him as she gets into the car
I laugh, awkwardly
"So I was wondering if it would be ok for me to come over and start out project tomorrow with you?" He asks and I let out a sigh of relief, not entirely sure what i was expecting
"Sure, you can ride with us after school or..."
"Would it be ok if we ride in my car?" Jasper asks and I nod
"That should be fine, see you tomorrow then" I say as he starts to walk off and I wave slightly and I jump into the passenger side of the car
"So...."
"He's coming over mine after school tomorrow" I say as Jess pulls out the parking lot
"To do what..." Jess says, clearly insinuating something
"No you idiot, to study and work on our project"
"Surrre, I totalllyy believe you" She says with a laugh and I just told my eyes at her being childish, per usual
