Mateo is the twin-brother of Isabela.
Unlike his twin-sister, he doesn't like too much attention.
Mateo knows it was hard for Mirabel, when she didn't get her gift, so he always cheers her up, whenever she's down.
Mateo loves his family.
Mateo is in love with Feliciano Guzmán, who is the younger brother(by one year) of Mariano Guzmán.
Feliciano almost looks identical to Mariano. (Muscles, Hairstyle, etc.)
Mateo and Feliciano have been friends ever since they met.
