🧂Ingredients🧂
🍥oil - 2 tbsp
🍥garlic (finely chopped) - 2 clove
🍥ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch
🍥chilli (finely chopped) - 1
🍥spring onion (chopped) - 2 tbsp
🍥carrot (finely chopped) - 1
🍥cabbage (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
🍥capsicum (finely chopped) - ½
🍥beans (finely chopped) - 5
🍥water - 4¼ cup
🍥soy sauce - 2 tbsp
🍥vinegar - 2 tbsp
🍥chilli sauce - 1 tsp
🍥pepper powder - ½ tsp
🍥sugar - ½ tsp
🍥salt - ½ tsp
🍥spring onion (chopped) - 2 tbsp
🍥corn flour - 2 tbsp
🍳Instructions🍳
Use the given measurements
🍴In a pan take oil, garlic, ginger, chilli and stir fry it in high flame
🍴Add spring onion and mix till if softens
🍴Then add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, beans and stir fry it in high flame(Don't over cook it)
🍴Add water(4 cups)
🍴stir it and boil it for 3min
🍴Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, pepper powder, sugar, salt
🍴Mix well
🍴Add the lump free corn flour mixture (corn flour and 1/4 cup water)
🍴stir and boil for 2 min
🍴when it thickens add 2tbsp spring onion and mix
