Judging will be taking place even if entries are still opened. Your first five chapters will be reviewed.

1. Book Cover, Book Title and Book Description. (10 pts)

Your book will be eliminated on the spot if you have a bad cover, a poor blurb and title.

These are considered as standard, the first things which catch the eyes of readers. Even if we say 'don't judge a book by its cover', we all do so unfortunately.

2. Originality (40 pts)

Originality is the key. That's what we are looking for here. An original, mind-blowing plot among all the cliches. You're most likely to be among the winners if your book is unique.

3. Vocabulary and grammar (20 pts)

Along with originality, we need a well-written book. Make sure to review and edit your craft before joining the award.

4. Writing Style (10 pts)

Each writer has its own writing style. It's important that it drives us into the storyline.

5. Engagement (20 pts)

The first five chapters of your book will be reviewed. It's crucial to hook readers from the beginning itself. It's the only way that they will be willing to keep reading.
