Izuku Midoriya wasn't born with power instead he earned it through his struggles through his adventures becoming a hero in the eyes of everyone this is his story of how he became the worlds greatest hero

Inko pulled his ear" don't yell young man" she demanded " Ow ow ow i'm sorry mum!" he repented so she'd let go
Izuku: i'm sorry mum but I really assumed we'd head to the gym since well you know that's where people train the most
Inko: yes however your powers are still new and you're body is still adapting so we need to get you ready and besides there's another reason as to why we're starting your training here
