he just told me to get dressed and didn't even bother to tell me where we were going.
"you'll see just sit in the passenger seat and look pretty" he says rolling his eyes
i slap him in the side of his head "boy!"
"ohhhh you gone regret that laterrrrr" he says laughing
man just shut the hell up
"we better be getting food too." i say rolling my eyes
the fuck does he think this is
"we're getting food so leave me alone." he replies rolling his eyes back
"ouuu somebody being sassy" i laugh
we pull up to a park right infront of water.
it was gonna be a really nice view when the sunset
"before you complain, get out the car" he says opening his car door and walking over to mines opening it.
i get out and look at the surroundings.
he starts walking without saying anything, and i follow behind him.
we then walk up to this nice picnic setting that he set up or had set up.
there was food, drinks, boxes, paint, canvases, flowers, just everything a girl could dream of.
i love this boy so much even though i'm somewhat still mad at him.
"sit down mama" he says smiling

i sit down across from him.
"listen i truly am sorry for everything you've been through these past few months. i just want you to know i mean that from the bottom of my heart. i promise a normal life to you and it starts here. this is our first date, it isn't much but it's cute. you can go back to school, college eventually if that is the path you want to go down as well, friends, parties, whatever you wanna do. we can be seen in public, like a normal relationship. i love you and it's whatever you wanna do. im here for you forever and always and i really want you to know that. and i got you this for a little visual representation of that"

"thank you so much jahseh i really appreciate you so much that you don't understand. i love you so much more. thank you for hearing me and understanding me. i promise nothing but good treatment for you as well. i promise to always have your back with anything forever and always" i reply hugging him.

i open the pizza box shoving a slice in my mouth
this shit was so good right now.

his was painted red and he placed it right next to mines
i was really good at art and cursive writing and stuff like that so i wrote " always and forever" in fine print under the hands.
"we did good" he smiles picking up the canvas
"yes we did" i chuckle wiping off the paint off my hands and his.
"come on open your other gifts"
i open the big box revealing the white moon boots i always wanted
"ohemmmgeeee how did you knowwww?" i say smiling wide
"i don't know they looked like you would like them" he shrugs his shoulders

i open the other box revealing a cuban link necklace matching jahseh's and a anklet.
"JAHSEHHHHH, stoppp you didn't have toooo. i love ittt thank you so muchhh" i smile putting them both on
