22. The Birth

Sasuke POV

It's happening. Naruto's water broke, and we were already at the hospital 20 minutes ago.

Naruto was walking around, huffing and was in pain.

"Sasuke, I don't know what to do!" He cried.

I held his hand "Just breathe"

He took deep, shaky breaths, and looked at me. His eyes showed tiredness. But I don't blame him; Naruto got contractions in the middle of the night.

He held his stomach with one hand, and squeezing my hand with the other hand.

It hurt, but, I don't care at the moment.

He began to scream, showing that the baby is coming really soon.

I was sweating, waiting for Tsunade.

Naruto was panting and taking shaky breaths.

Luckily, Tsunade ran in. "Ok. Has the contractions become stronger?" she asked.

Naruto and I nodded.

He then yelped and started to scream again.

"Sasuke. How many times has he done that?" Tsunade asked me.

"Two..." I said.

"Ok, good. One more, and then Naruto's ready"

I nodded and Naruto continued to squeeze my hand.

He continued to take shaky breaths and whimpered.

"It's ok Naruto, you can do this" Tsunade said.

He looked up at her and nodded reassuringly. His eyes widened and he then screamed again.

"It's time!" Tsunade said.

I helped Naruto get onto the hospital bed. Tsunade got everything ready and prepared with the help of Shizune.

Naruto panted and squealed "IT HURTS!" he cried.

"It's ok Naruto, It'll be over soon" Shizune said.

Naruto looked up at me with tears in his eyes because of the pain.

I held his hand "It'll be ok... I'm right here"

Once Tsunade was ready, she told us what Naruto had to do "I do know Naruto does not have a girls part, but he'll still have to push"

"How is he going to do that?" I asked.

"NO TIME FOR QUESTIONS. YOU'LL FIGURE IT OUT LATER" Tsunade said.

I stayed quiet.

"Now, Naruto! Try to push!" Tsunade said.

Naruto began to wince and scream while squeezing my hand hard.

Sasuke POV

It was done.

Naruto was huffing and sweating, while holding our newborn Menma.

"I did it... yayy" Naruto said as he pretended to faint.

I laughed lightly "Yeah. I'm proud of you"

Naruto nodded. "I'm going to sleep for now..."

"Alright then"
