His heart softened.

The next second her released his hand, the whole office suddenly went dark.

Lisa was taken aback. The lights were all turned off. She was a little confused, "Is there a power outage?"

Jungkook said, "Are you scared? I will call to ask what happened"

The assistant hung up the phone and turned, "Let's go home!"

Everyone cheered on the first floor.

"Great, no need to work overtime!"

"What just happened, the CEO took the initiative to turn the power off!"

"Hahah, He said that this year's year-end bonus is doubled. Everyone go back and sleep to celebrate the holiday!"

The finance and accounting department was the most excited.

They were even happier than the times when self-study in school was called off because of power cuts.

On the eighty-eighty floor, Lisa burst into tears and couldn't see her fingers.

Jungkook asked her, "Are you afraid of darkness?"

The lights if countless skyscrapers were colorful.

She was alone in the dark, and the cold weather had become soft and beautiful that night.

She realized for the first time that this was a beautiful world.

It wasn't just dark clouds all over the sky.

Jungkook was watching her, her eyes seemed to be dotted with tiny stars, and he smiled.

"Lisa, the power is off and the elevator can't be used. Now we can only take the stairs down the 88th floor, which is too dangerous"

Lisa was also stunned.

She kind of wanted to cry, how did it go dark like this?

Jungkook suggested, "Why don't you sleep in my lounge for a while till someone fixes the electricity"

Lisa said, "Shall we go down?"

Jungkook laughed inwardly. She really hated him and was afraid of him. Even if she was daring, she was on the 88th floor.

He said, "Okay"

However, when he took her to the stairs, Lisa looked at the dark.

Not to mention a human, even a ghost wouldn't go down.

Jungkook said, "Shall I hold you down?"

This was too dangerous.

In the end, Jungkook took her back to the lounge.

The lounge had sofas and beds.

Jungkook said, "You go to bed to sleep, there are quilts. Don't freeze, I will guard you, and I won't touch you. Don't be afraid"

Lisa dared not sleep while sitting.

She didn't know how long she had been sitting, it was less than ten o'clock when she came. She could still hear the man's slightly she fell asleep. The day was spent in the class, she sat for hours. She didn't get enough sleep and leaned on the head of bed.

Jungkook lowered his eyes and smiled.

He gently hugged her to the bed also she could sleep more comfortably.

The coldness on the 88th floor and the thin quilt made the sleeping person unable to resist the heat source.

He bowed his head and kissed her.

He chuckled, "Merry Christmas, Lili".
