Elena is laying down in the hospital bed she's barley awake
Klaus walked into the hospital room looking worried and concerned he couldn't help but feel guilty
Klaus knew she wasn't fully awake but he still spoke to her.. Klaus spoke to her softly
Klaus: My apologies love.. you were known as collateral damage it's nothing personal
Elena looks at him and he bends down and picks her up bridal styled from the hospitality bed and he walks out the hospital room to the parking lot where Rebekah's waiting with the truck
Rebekah: She okay?
Klaus: she will be. Will you?
Rebekah: I know I lost it in the gym. I will apologize to her when she wakes up
Klaus: alright. Let's go.
Rebekah opens the back door for Klaus to put Elena in he puts her to lay down in the back so she's taking up the whole seat.
Rebekah sits in the passenger seat and Klaus is driving
——————— THE NEXT DAY————————
ELENA WOKE UP AND SHE FELT TIRED, HUNGRY, AND SHE WAS A LITTLE BIT OUT OF IT.
They were still in the car Elena sat up looking out the window
Elena: Uh?
Both siblings snapped out of their thoughts
Rebekah: morning
Klaus: are you alright love?
Elena: morning.. yeah I am. I think. Where are we?
Rebekah: New York.
Klaus: we're going to drop Rebekah off somewhere seeing how she wants to trip and explore on her own.. it'll just be you and I love.
Elena: okay
Rebekah: I'll bring you back some clothes when I do return.. but we had your friend and I also helped pick out some clothes from your room with your toothbrush and other things you'll need
Elena: thank you
Rebekah: you're welcome.. and I'm sorry about last night in the gym when I lost my temper and fed off of you
Elena: that's okay.
Klaus pulled over the car and they dropped Rebekah off at some fancy hotel
Rebekah: goodbye Nik. Elena I'll see you around.
Elena nodded and Klaus did too and they drove off
Elena felt tired again so she laid back down
Klaus: you alright love?
Elena: mhm.. just tired.. can you wake me up when we get to the hotel?
Klaus: of course.. how'd you know we were going to one?
Elena: just a feeling.
Klaus: you're awfully calm for someone who's been kidnapped.
Elena: not the first time
She says and closes her eyes
Klaus: what do you mean?
Elena didn't answer and he looked in the review mirror and saw she was asleep smiled and shook his head
