A Klena Story

Previously... Elena: mhm.. just tired.. can you wake me up when we get to the hotel?

Klaus: of course.. how'd you know we were going to one?

Elena: just a feeling.

Klaus: you're awfully calm for someone who's been kidnapped.

Elena: not the first time

She says and closes her eyes

Klaus: what do you mean?

Elena didn't answer and he looked in the review mirror and saw she was asleep smiled and shook his head

———————- AN HOUR LATER————-
Klaus pulled into a fancy hotel. He could see Elena was still asleep he parked the car and turned it off he took off his seatbelt got out the car opened the back door and he spoke

Klaus: Elena...Love we're here.

Elena woke up to the sound of his voice and she took a deep breath

Klaus: we're at the hotel.. you can shower get changed than we'll go grab breakfast.

Elena: together?
She asked a little shocked

Klaus: of course together. Why not?

Elena: well I just thought since you kidnapped me and all..

Klaus: that I would hold you hostage?
He asked with a bit of amusement.

Elena nodded and he smirked she got out the car he closed the door for her and opened the trunk he picked up both their bags and locked the car door and they started walking towards the entrance of the hotel

Klaus: love I'm not going to starve you.. I know yes I kidnapped you but think of this as a way of seeing the world as a get away trip.

Elena: Okay. When you put it that way it doesn't sound bad.

Klaus: exactly. See we're on the same page.

Elena: and I'm guessing there's rules.

Klaus smirked and he put an arm over her shoulder

Klaus: I'm starting to like you more and more love. Of course there is rules you are not allowed to be by yourself if you try to run that will result in serious consequences and if you don't listen that also results in consequences.

Elena: understandable.

Klaus: good. Now let's check in.

He compels them the penthouse suite they walk into it and Elena's in amazement everything look beautiful and there's nice views she thinks she can get used to it the rules are simple don't piss him off or he'll kill you or your family and friends as long as I don't do that we're good.

Klaus: I take by your lack of words you like it?

Elena: very much.

Klaus smirks and nods and he takes a hold of her hand and shows her to her room Elena thinks it looks amazing and she can already have a feel she's getting used to it

KLAUS AND ELENA HAD SHOWERED GOT DRESSED AND ARE ON THERE WAY TO A DINER FOR BREAKFAST HE WANTED TO TAKE HER OUT TODAY

THEY ARRIVED AT A DINER AND THEY WENT IN SAT AT A BOOTH THEY WERE SITTING ACROSS FROM EACH OTHER

Klaus: what do you want to eat love?

Elena: I'm craving pancakes and orange juice.

Klaus smirks: alright pancakes and orange juice it is.

THEY ORDERED AND THEY WERE JUST SITTING AT THE DINER TABLE EATING ELENA HAD FINISHED HER PANCAKES AND WAS JUST DRINKING THE ORANGE JUICE.

Elena: I never really asked what the plan is.

Klaus: is that your way of asking?

Elena: basically.

Klaus: well love right now we're in New York because she had to drop Rebekah off but tomorrow we leave for Georgia.

Elena raises an eyebrow at him and he understands her question.

Klaus: we have to see one of my witches so your friends can't use a witch to find you

Elena nods understanding that if her friends were to come after them that Klaus would just kill them.

Klaus: that your only question?

Elena: for now

Klaus: good because I have my own.

Elena: what is it?

Klaus: In the car before you fell asleep you said this wasn't your first time being kidnapped just how much times have you've been kidnapped?

Elena looks at him kind've trying to read him yesterday he was so angry full of hate and now he's calm not hurting her not even locking her up

Elena: twice. But this makes the third.

Klaus: twice? Danger magnet aren't you?

Elena: you could say that.
