He's feeling unsure about Akita setting off on a journey to find the Ice Emperor in order to fight him alone. It would kill him to know that his younger sister would be in mortal danger, and he wouldn't be there to help her, or to save her.
I accessed Sumopaint to make this using my laptop's trackpad, so it does look a bit rough. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy!
