Its been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time since I've used Nova! I decided it was finally time to redesign her, and had a lot of fun with it! I usually use chonky outlines, and traded that for thinner ones than I usually use. I also experimented with a lot of new shading and highlight techniques, and all in all i'm very happy with the end results! I tend not to use a more realistic proportioned style, but seeing as how well this went, maybe I will more often! :D
Bonus Lore!!: So! I felt like sharing some lore from the REAL storyline of the actual character!! All the content I've posted before involves spoofs that aren't really related to the story.... SO! In the story, she's ACTUALLY a humanoid, a human with fox ears, tail, and a pair of wings to be exact. Now, her and her brother BOTH inherited such things from their mother, who seemingly vanished when they were young. Although, her brother only inherited a fox's ears! They both grew up out in the country, until they were old enough to control hiding these features, then moved to the city when she was around fifteen. It isn't until later that they gain the power to morph into more feral forms such as this, but we'll save that for another time ;)
