Yoongi exhaled a breath of relief as he completed moving all of his belongings into the vacant apartment he had purchased the week before. His previous apartment was being reconstructed, so he had to move out.

He was relieved to have gotten this flat because it was larger and more affordable than his previous place. He sat down on the black couch, thinking about all of the work he had to do the next day, but thanking God that it was the weekend. He slept on the couch the next day without even fully closing his door.

When Ara returned from her grocery shopping, she saw the door next to her was slightly ajar. Her brows furrowed.

Has anyone moved in?

She continued to open the door and saw a few boxes and furniture, confirming her assumptions. She hurriedly got out her sticky notes and scribbled something on it before sticking it on the inside of his door before exiting and closing it. She entered her own flat, shaking her head at her future neighbor's clumsiness.

Yoongi awoke with a shake of his head, disappointed that his dream of a fully furnished apartment had not come true. He sluggishly proceeded toward his door, as that was where his box of bathroom necessities was kept. When he saw the bright neon yellow sticky note, he squinted and rubbed his eyes.

I don't recall writing a note and taping it to the inside of my door.

He read it with caution. As he read each word, his eyes widened and the back of his neck burned.

"Hello, next-door neighbor! I locked your door for you because it was left open the day before. I hope you enjoy your stay!
-person from room to your right."

Well fuck. Great first impression Yoongi.

He cursed at himself as he took the box and the sticky note before proceeding to go to his bathroom.

I went back into the living room after freshening up to organize my belongings. Before placing the furniture, I placed all of the boxes in their proper rooms. I also painted some of the rooms to my desired colour as I didn't want it all white.

"Finally!"

I exclaimed, but my excitement died down as I examined my now-dirty clothes, I groaned in annoyance.

I should've done this first before freshening up, now I have to freshen up again ughhh.

Sighing, I returned to the now-grey bathroom and took a second shower. I came back and went directly to the kitchen. taking the packs of sirutteok I bought the day before I wore my shoes and took my keys, properly closing the door this time. I first rang the bell of the door on my left as I was still embarrassed.

The door opened and I saw a grandma. Probably in her 60s smiling warmly at me. I bowed to her and started speaking.

"Hello! I just moved next door. I hope we get along."

I handed her a pack suritteok, before bowing again. The Halmoni accepted the tteok and spoke.

"Thank you child. I hope to see you again soon. Please come over for food whenever you want. I'm lonely here haha."

I smiled and nodded before bowing again as she closed the door. Now I have to go to that apartment . I sighed

I hope he or she doesn't remember anything.
