if you don't know me already, my name is nyx and i cannot stop starting new books! lovely to have you here.

this book is way out of my comfort zone: it'll have shorter chapters and very different ideas/writing. it's also a short story, probably around 20 chapters. i'm just having fun with it — and making the main character painfully similar to me so PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR COMMENTS

the experiences mavi goes through largely revolve around my own and i have made her as similar to me as i could.

therefore, she is a very special character to me. please keep in mind that just because she's not elara doesn't mean she isn't a strong female character!!

i have to thank citruspotter as always for being my backbone and putting up with me. she came up with the name of this fic because she literally has the most creative mind ever. i love you mer.
