Basically it's about how Zoisite loved him both his lives and he still does but now he's scared of being hurt ,while Kunzite finally realises his actual feelings and is now the one trying to persuade him
Also when Metalia took them under control it enhanced their negative traits so Zoisite acted way more bratty than he was
Kunzite at first started courting Zoisite because Nephrite didn't want to listen to him and so he needed as many people on his side but he eventually caught feelings for him too but he didn't fully realise it until Zoisite's death
