The Qua-Toyne Delegation was preparing as they were about to depart to East Germany for a diplomatic mission and meet its current leader. Yagou was one of the delegations that were sent to discuss trade and meet their leader.
"Ugh... I hate traveling by ship.." One of the delegates mumbled. He disliked the ship because of his experience. Before Yagou could respond to him, Ambassador Steiner called " Please follow me, the ship has arrived"

As the big cruise ship appear, Steiner ignored their shocked face and explained"we will go into the smaller ship to board".
A few Minutes Later
Qua-Toyne delegates alongside the ambassador boarded the cruise ship, then were shown their respective rooms. their room is a VIP/High-class one with luxurious furniture. Some equipment were unknown to the delegates such as 'Fridge' 'toilet' and 'Water Heater'.altought they will be taught on how to use it
Right now, they were shown around the pool on the ship," perhaps their claim of their country being transferred was true? "utter one of the delegates."Maybe they just want to make good first impressions" Yagou response "regardless what they say this ship blow our expectation"
The ship began to move away from Maihark Port and depart into Rostock.
As the ship moved on the open ocean, Yagou wondered how the ship is moving without a sail. He asked the ambassador "How do your people move this ship without a sail?"
Ambassador Steiner quickly explained "We are using Propeller that is powered by the engine to move this ship. Propeller is a fast rotating turbine to move the ship"
"What is an engine?" One of the delegates asked while his face looked confused
"an engine is a machine designed to convert one or more forms of energy into mechanical energy, in this case, the engine was used to power the propeller"After that the delegates were shown around the engine room by the ambassador
Central Calendar year 1639(Earth Year 2017), February 3rd, 11 am Rostock Port, East Germany
After arriving in Rostock port, the delegates alongside the ambassador disembark from the ship. Qua-Toyne delegations curiously looked around, they see a bigger ship compared to their ship in maihark port and some strange big metal(crane) hand carrying cargo.
"We will be using this car to get into berlin, after that we will be showing you around the city of Berlin for a bit then we will go into Palast der Republik that happens to be the final destination." Qua-Toyne delegations alongside ambassador then get into a car. As the car began to move, they were joined by Volkpolizei as an escort
* A Few Hour later *
As they arrive in the city of berlin they see a big building with many glasses
