false me win

bubbles escape these lips
for i'm sinking,
inside aureoles
of looping thoughts.

draining fear from filthy fingertips,
i imagined false creations.
but only did they made me trip
letting me drown in "fake smiles"

attempts i nurture every mornin',
are ruined every night.
for those fake smiles
are better than showing my real life.

so i did sculpture,
"a false me"
which faked breaths
and talked lies.
because i slowly felt
i wouldn't survive.

my eyes are twitching,
as a ray of light
is merely trying to reach,
the veins of my shredded skin.
my eyes realise, i shouldn't let "a false me" win.
