Chapter 4|The Eye of A Wolf|Part 1

Part 1

A few weeks later. We left our camp site and we were back in pack territory. I have to stay at home most of the time as we were still unsure if I was being watched. The others have been coming over to Jays house to help figure out what is wrong with me. Although I'm not allowed to train in the barn, I am lucky to be able to train in Jays gym but it's not the same as training outside. After what happened at the lake, I am still annoyed at Jay and Harry so recently I haven't been talking to them much. The girls have been keeping me company most of the time.

There is a knock at the door. 'Ugh who is that? I have to go all the way downstairs in my pjs and I really can't be bothered.' I think to myself. The knocking continues. I drag myself out of bed and stagger down the stairs.

"I'm coming!" I shout as the person is still pounding on the door. My stagger turns to a rushed walk as I make my way to the door. I open it to find myself face to face with the alpha, Jake . I try to hide myself behind the door and I pop my head around to see him.
"Oh hi Jake, I wasn't expecting you to visit?! I would have got changed." I say with surprise.

"Hello Alice. May I come in?" Jake says as he pushes past me and into jays house. I slightly roll my eyes and shut the door carefully.

Jake takes a deep breath. "I'm glad to see you have settled in well, I'm sorry I haven't been able to find you your own home yet." He says as he strolls around the room.

"It's fine, I get along with jay so it's not too bad." I say as I go to grab a jacket to cover my pjs.

"Alice you don't need to do that, it's not like I've never seen a woman in pjs before." Jake says as he chuckles and walks over to me. Starting to feel a bit uncomfortable I turn to the kitchen.

"Would you like anything?" I say as I lead him in. He shakes is head and leans on the counter. "You sure you don't want a drink?" I say as I start to pour a glass of wine.

"Wow wine this early in the day? What happened?" Jake jokes as he steps closer.

"Umm nothing, just felt like I needed it." I say as I take a sip now and again.

"Alice?" Jake says as he moves closer.

"Yes?" I say slightly dipping my head in respect. Jake moves closer and takes the wine glass from my hand and placed it on the side next to us. He then moves one hand to the small of my back and he pulls me closer. Feeling uncomfortable I try to pull myself away but he is too strong.

"Don't worry Alice. I won't bite, well I might not bite." He says as he leans down to whisper in my ear. "What I want is you." He says as he pushes me agains the counter.

This makes shivers tingle down my spine. 'I can't do this, he is the alpha and he has a mate!' I say to myself. The next thing I know Jakes lips are pressed onto mine and with surprise I gasp.

"Jake, you need to stop." I say in between his harsh kisses. He lets out a low growls

"I'll tell you when I want to stop" He demands as his eyes turn alpha red.

'What should I do?' I say to myself as I become uncomfortable again.

"Jake stop!" I shout as I manage to pry myself out of his grip. "You shouldn't be doing this, I shouldn't be doing this!" I shout as I step away from his tense body. He lets out a louder growl as he becomes agitated.
