"What do you mean?" Nickel hissed, not like they had enough problems already. "Knife threatened me and he forced Paper to go with him into the forest." OJ said, wiping the sweat off his forehead. Everyone turned to Balloon as they heard him muttering, "Dude?" Baseball called to him, he kept mumbling. "Leave him be, I'm going to go searching for hi..." OJ got cut off, "There's a murderer going around y'know, take a phew people with you to be safe." Nickel interrupted.

"I will! I'll do anything to hurt the murderer in the same way they hurt TestTube!" Fan said, appearing from the stairs.

"No I will!" Salt joined in, clearly only wanting to be alone with OJ in the forest.

"You can't all go." Yang scoffed, as Yin shoved a piece of tissue into their bleeding nose.

"Fine." OJ huffed, "I'll go with Fan and Salt." Fan grabbed his phone from the table next to Balloon and Salt grabbed her pink scarf.

"Please be safe.." Pepper grabbed Salt's arm before she left, Salt look back at her. "I'll be fine. Stop worrying so much." Pepper pushed her hand out Pepper's grasp.

Pepper stood as the door closed on her face. "She'll be okay Pepper! I know so!" Cherries comforted her, Pepper smiled at them. "Thanks you two." She shoved their head with her hand playfully, they giggled.

A phew minuets had passed, the three haven't came back yet and Pepper was getting more anxious. YinYang and Nickel had gone up to their rooms. "Lord heavens!" Paintbrush called out, Lightbulb opening her eyes in their arms. "Oh great. Now we can ask her the questions." Baseball walked over to sit next to the two. "Wha- ugh.." Lightbulb groaned, rubbing her head. Paintbrush let go of her and she sat up straight on the couch. "Do you remember anything?" Baseball leaned to her. "Give her space!" Pepper nudged in, leaning across the wall on the opposite side of the lobby, she was talking to Cherries since they were next to her.

Baseball scoffed. "I- don't know. I just fell unconscious and TestTube was infro... TESTTUBE!? Where is she!? Is she okay!?" Lightbulb screamed out, her hands shaking. Paintbrush and Baseball glanced at each other nervously. "Well... let's just say she's unable right now. But we assure you" Paintbrush looked at lightbulb, then back at Baseball. "She's perfectly fine."

"Oh good..." Lightbulb leaned back, loosening up. Balloon gazed at them, the small crack under Lightbulb's eye giving him flashbacks of the vent, and Tacos face... wait. Taco! She doesn't know Knife is alive and going after her.

"I'll be back." Balloon got up, walking to the front door. "And where are you going?" Baseball questioned him. Balloon grabbed his scarf, scoffing, "I need to pick something up from TestTubs lab, I left it there a phew weeks ago." Balloon smirked at himself for making such a good excuse.

Baseball turned around around to face him, "Hmm.. try to find the other three. And don't stay out too late. Who knows who the killer is." Balloon rolled his eyes and left moments later, calmly slamming the door behind him. As he looked at the fields and trees, he tightened his scarf and sighed. Walking into the plains.

-
"Maybe we should turn back..." Salt shuddered, looking at trees around them. "No way! I'm not letting Knife and Paper go after a killer!" OJ hissed back at her. Salt was behind the two, dragging her feet across the gravel path, the path slowly over-growing the further they got from the hotel.

"We'll do you know where we are going?" Fan pulled out his phone. OJ didn't reply, "Oh how anticlimactic, no service. Congratulations OJ. You've got us lost." The three of them came to a halt, Fan turning to OJ. "I just want to find Paper and get back." OJ furrowed his eyebrows at Fan.

Salt watched them argue, her scarf blew in the freezing wind. The flowers and bushes hiding the bugs from the harsh weather. She shuffled her feet. "Well why did you think this was a good idea!?" Fan bursted out, Salt held her head, getting a small headache. Birds crowed and pecked around them. Salt could swear something else was here with them, she begun to sweat, looking at her every direction, her heart pounding.

Her mind begun to her halt, she felt as if all sound cut off, and her eyes teared up as she saw someone peeking behind a tree, it looked like Taco or something like that. She tried to speak, tell the two anything. But as she turned her head to them.

They were gone.

"Hello" They said, it's perspective was shady, and it's white eyes shined brighter then the sun. Salt stood stiff in fear, was she about to die? What did this person want? "Don't act so horrified, I'm not here to do any harm." They spoke again, its voice going straight through her, making all the ambience around them shut off.

As the figure grew closer, Salt ran down the rout Fan and OJ took. As she ran, her scarf loosening, she turned around and the figure was gone. She heard them say something, but the ambience came back as she ran further off.

But she couldn't find them, everywhere she went felt like running in a circle. Her tears begun rolling down her face, makeup staining them, the last thing she wanted was to be alone in the same forest two object were killed at. She pulled out her phone, no service obviously.

But as she went to the emergency call to ring the police, she heard the crunch of the winter leaves behind her.

As she turned around she dropped her phone into the wet grass.

"Goodbye Salt." Said Taco, standing behind her with a bat.

Salt just stood there as she approached her, not like she couldn't do anything. Taco slammed the bat into the side of her face, Salt pleaded and screamed, "STOP PLEASE! I'LL DO ANYTHING PLEASE DON'T KILL ME I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" shards of glass and blood spilling out as she fell down. Her face beginning to grow pale. As Taco kept slamming her with the bat, yelling curses at her, getting her blood on the bat and onto herself. Salt took one final glance at Taco's face, she looked proud, at the monster she had become. Salt cried and pleaded for her life, as her face and body begun smashing apart. She turned her last eye to the tree line, seeing the figure again.

Salt took one final breath, saying these last words repeatedly.

"Please... someone fix this..."
