"You look good" Seonghwa sat next to in the practice room.
"Thanks... I did really try" I giggled looking down at my rundown high top Chuck Taylor's, washed-out mom jeans, and my graphic Tee with Stitch on the front.
"Well those glasses are cute and you let your hair down today." He laughed catching Hongjoongs attention.
"SEONGHWA QUIT FLIRTING WITH (Y/N) AND COME END PRACTICE!" Hongjoong yells from across the room.
"See you later your bestie is calling me" I laughed and said my goodbyes. After they finished I waited for Hongjoong to come to greet me. We were secretly dating but he was really good about being subtle and greeting me anyways. I sat in the chair with my knees to my chest waiting for him until I saw him walk up to a random girl. She looked like a new employee but his smile seemed off. I sighed and got up to walk out.
"(Y/N) wait" He called out for me. I turned around acting confused he was calling me.
"Me?" I pointed to myself.
"You are the only (Y/N) here?" He chuckled approaching me.
"Right..." I replied and changed my weight from one leg to the other.
"I won't be able to hang out today but please go hang with the boys and I will be there as soon as possible." I looked behind him at the girl smirking and I sighed.
"Okay let's see if I can catch up with one of them" I turned around left without looking back. When I reached the dorms I fell on the couch and buried my face in the seat screaming for a quick second letting my frustration out.
"Whow what's wrong with you?" Seonghwa asked patting my back.
"I think my boyfriend is cheating on me but we are secretly dating so it doesn't matter if he is and gets caught because no one knows we are dating and this is a whole mess I am extremely annoyed and probably overthinking but the smirk that girl gave me just made me want to punch her and... ugh I just-" I looked around to see wide eyes and jaws dropped.
"You are secretly dating Hongjoong?" Yeosang asked shocked I facepalmed and got up to leave.
"He didn't want you guys to know more than anyone. I need to go I'll see you later. If he asks why I am not here just tell him I went to run some errands or something" I opened the door to see Hongjoong and that girl walking up the hallway. I was hurt and annoyed so I walked past them in a hurry brushing my shoulder against his and didn't stop when he called my name. I got to my place and cried now knowing why he has been acting weird all this time.
HJ POV
"Hey, why did (Y/N) leave in such a hurry?" I walked into the dorm with JesiKa.
"She had somewhere to be?" Mingi shrugged. The vibe in the room seemed off though.
"You are lying to me what happened?" I asked in my strict voice.
"Before we tell you the truth how about you introduce us to your friend." Jongho pointed with his head behind me.
"Hi, I am JesiKa... I am new to the company and have a small crush on Hongjoong." She said which made me look at her confused.
"Oh, so you don't like Yunho?" I asked caught off guard.
"No that was a small lie" She giggled making everyone uncomfortable.
"I only brought you here so you could talk to him" I looked at Seonghwa knowing his face doesn't lie no matter what his words say. I looked at him and he spilled.
"(Y/N) accidentally told us you two are secretly dating and she thought you were cheating on her but it wouldn't affect you because no one knows. She texted me now that she got home and knew she wasn't worth your time but had hopes and she knew about JesiKa's intentions the whole time... I am sorry" He said making me panic. I ran out the door and to her place in a hurry. I knew very well how her brain worked and this was not going to be a pretty process.
I got to her place and knocked on the door a lot of times until she opened it. I looked at her puffy eyes from crying and hugged her tightly to my chest.
"I love you" was the only thing that came to my mind. I had never really said it before but I knew at this moment it was right.
"What?" She asked looking up at me.
"I love you! The boys told me what happened and I am not mad. I would never I mean EVER Cheat on you. She told me she liked Yunho so I was helping her but it was a lie and-" She got on her tippy toes and kissed me. Tears fell from her eyes and when she pulled away she sighed in relief.
"I am just glad you are not cheating" She sniffled.
"I would never... Because I love you!" I kissed her again pushing her into her apartment.
