with the aid of my forces the varden had a much easier time fighting against galbatorix's forces and taking his cities after presiding over a wedding eragon had me portal him to the dwarven mountains before portaling me to the elven city where i met not only the queen but also oromis who i healed and gave him the ability to use magic and removed his spasms and i healed his dragons injured leg

my words also proved prophetic as after every city eragon was especially on guard this included dras-leona and like i said murtagh tried to kidnap her but because of my and elva's warning i gave her an ability to turn off eragon's blessing and truly feel like a normal child and she can turn it on and off at will as she chooses something she was eternally grateful for i smiled at that

"i told you i could deal with her now she will see this war through to the end simply to repay my blessing which is an actual blessing" i said

"my thanks" eragon grumbled not pleased that i was bringing up his blunder

"mine as well, your majesty, you saved me from a most likely terrible fate" i said

"well i changed future events by saving you so be especially on guard" i said she nodded

"so you can see the future" eragon asked

"well sort of you see your choices were made before i interfered and starting to change them what i can see is the future yes but i focus on the future that would definitely occur, do to the endless possibilities i do not have the time to watch all of them" i said then i chuckled at the thought i did have the time i was the king of it it was more accurate to say i didn't have the patience

"still a useful ability" nasuada said

"indeed" oromis said

"yes, well, i grow tired of constantly being interrogated, by this point i think i should have earned your trust" i said my gilgamesh showing

"he has a point" eragon said

"now that dras-leona is taken all that is left is uru-baen" oromis said they looked to see me quite annoyed

"yes, alright i'll bring them leave me be you bloody....." what i said after they didn't here

"oromis fetch your overgrown lizard and arya while your at it she will most likely wish to come" i said

"may i ask where we are going" oromis asked

"doru araeba" i grumbled

"why" nasuada asked

"i would say it is rider business but i am being dragged into the middle of it annoyingly" i said

"one moment" oromis said as he went to get his dragon and arya

"no one else is needed as it isn't necessarily dangerous" i said as i opened the portal

"oromis your true name is required here you may speak it with your mind i am not forcing the door open" i said he nodded and soon the door opened

"thank you" i said as we entered

"happy now you overgrown ball" i said

"overgrown ball" eragon said but oromis knew exactly what i meant

"you mean" oromis said

"please enter all will be explained, and we do apologize dragonlord but you were the only one we could safely reach out to do to your overwhelming power" umaroth said

"bah" i said annoyed as we entered

"welcome back to the vault of souls my friends" umaroth said to oromis and glaedr

"and to shadeslayer, brightscales, and the dragonlord, you of course are also welcome especially you dragonlord and of course we can not forget welcome to you as well lady arya i remember when you were but a baby of course i don't expect you to remember" umaroth said

"bah" i repeated in an annoyed tone

"it is an honor and no i do not remember lord umaroth" arya said as she kneeled

"you knew" oromis said

"it's kinda hard to not know when this moron kept bugging me eragon knew too technically i said umaroth's name but of course at the time he did not know who i was referring you of course never mentioned the name of the previous leader of the order after all" i said

"i see" oromis said

"i will take the unpromised eggs now no reason to force them to remain in their eggs any longer" i said

"of course dragonlord" umaroth agreed as cuaroc moved the twenty six promised eggs and i took the rest

"i shall return" i said i picked a random world that had no humanoid life and brought them their i took them to a volcano made a shelter for them within and allowed them to hatch of there own" i only hatched one myself he would be the guardian of the rest

"you will be vanitas" i said as the egg hatched

"i will see you again vanitas" i said as i opened a portal and returned to the vault

"there they are safe and may be free" i said

"thank you dragonlord, you take your role as our guardian very seriously for that i am grateful" umaroth said

"i'm glad you agree" i said

"very well five of us as well as cuaroc will remain to protect the final twenty six the rest will be joining you for the final battle" umaroth said and i smiled evilly

"that so" i said

"that look" eragon said his eyes filled in fear

"what do you have in mind" oromis asked

"you will see, but i am about to show you a reason why i am called the primordial king, all i will say is we will soon learn which is more powerful my command over the dragons or galbatorix's ability to invade their minds" i replied my grin was growing bigger by my master plan

"that look says bad news" eragon said

"yes but bad news for galbatorix not us" oromis said

we returned to the varden and explained our new advantage

"we will be leaving half of them out here with aishela" i said indicating my guard

"why" nasuada said

"oh i have a plan, all i will say is i am testing a theory" i said my evil smile returning and it had the same affect as before scaring the occupants except for aishela who has seen the expression before numerous times and she felt pity for their foe

"can you give a hint" nasuada asked

"our foe shall know a dragon's fury" i replied my grin going wider yet again
