(had to read the story to remember my plot)
Cody looked between everybody from behind Zoey and Izzy who stepped away from the small deck and benches as to not photo bomb them
Ennui and crimson left a few moments after brushing past Cody and he decided to leave Noah alone with his friends and go to bed early tonight not that there was much to do anyway he just wanted time to think
Noah saw Cody walking away after about the sixth photo debating whether to call out to him or not until he was pulled into the seventh to post on Instagram
Kitty gave her Owen and herself dog filters which made Noah scoff as he stuck his tongue out it was only a little fun
He can find Cody later he decided wondering if he had hurt Cody's feelings but he brushed it off
Why would Cody be hurt it's not like either of them made it official noahs mouth grew sour
Cody hasn't brought anything up about it so why should he worry
It wasn't a conversation they needed to have right now
...(stream corpse husband)
Cody ran his hands through his hair
"Are you ok?" A soft unfamiliar voice asked
Cody looked up quickly almost getting hit with the door screen that opened next
"Woah- sorry um yeah I'm fine?" Sounded more like a question even to himself
Dawn eyes him knowingly
"In the future it might come with great memories, however the hurt might be your downfall unless you choose to fix it" she then squeezed past Cody and began walking
Cody was about to ask a few questions until she slightly turned "I was in your cabin because I was asked to help show Cameron and Mike where the cabins were" dawn said cutting Cody off before he could even talk and kept walking so Cody kept quiet and just went inside sort of curious to meet them
Cody slipped off his shoes to see two people near his bed one taller than the other talking quietly the taller one in the blue shirt sitting on his bed Cody felt a little awkward
"Well we can sleep across from each other so we can make plans while everybody is sleeping" the short one said maybe abit too loud as Cody approached
Rubbing his neck nervously "actually this is my bed"
Mike looked up "oops gee sorry" mike quickly stood up and presented the bed
"There's chairs there if you guys wanted to talk privately" Cody pointed out
"We don't have anything to say what do you mean? Just normal guys have normal conversations.." Mike was convincing nobody but he kept rambling
"Like my girlfriend Zoey I don't know if you've met her but she has the most amazing personality and her hair is adorable- well she's adorable!" Mike basically swooned just thinking about her
"The girl with the flower in her hair? Yeah she seemed sweet" Cody replied shuffling up his bed near the pillow sitting Infront of it "so you have met her that's great" mike chuckled shyly pulling a chair up to continue talking with both of them
"Sooo.... Do you have any lovers or anything Cody?" Cameron asked trying his best to make conversation
Somebody came to mind and Cody was about to respond before he cut himself off suddenly filling with slight sorrow
Cameron saw the slight change in expression
"No not at the moment" Cody smiled briefly before they all fell into an awkward silence
Before Cody spoke up again
"I think Dawn mentioned your names were mike and Cameron?" Cody chuckled completely forgetting to introduce himself and both of them perked up realizing the same thing
"Yeah I'm mike from revenge of the island season"
"I think I saw you on All-stars though you seemed more creepy?" What a way to put it Cody "that wasn't me" mike said hurriedly "I mean ah-" mike looked at Cameron worriedly
"He has a disorder originally diagnosed as MPD multiple personality disorder but outting further research into it it was renamed disassociative identity disorder A.k.A. DID" Cameron explained
Cody nodded "I only have ADHD" Cody said chuckling slightly
Mike looked grateful that Cody didn't judge him or anything
"I was in a bubble for most of my life" Cameron revealed to Cody
"Why's that? And- sorry if that's insensitive"
"No problem I'm okay getting to know each other" Cameron assured Cody nodded
"My mom was just very very over protective of me as a kid and I haven't actually been doing my own things until I joined total drama which is another reason I signed up again"
"But it's okay that he's a wimp Cameron is one of the smartest people you'll ever meet" mike jumped in making Cody snort
"Heard that before.. except the smart part I may be clever at times but I could never solve a simple division problem" Cody laughed making the rest of them laugh
Cody looked at the clock on the wall to see it busted up "already?" Mike and Cameron looked over "expected if I'm being honest" mike said shrugging
Cody sighed and bent over the edge of his bed to reach underneath and grab his bag so he can look at the time on his phone instead
Flipping the blankets over to make room he heard something fall to the floor so he picked it up
Mike and Cameron went to do something about the clock
Unwrapping it he saw a tag on a piece of wrapping paper that read
To:Noah Love: Pip <3
Cody swallowed thickly as Cameron and Mike sat back down
"What's that?" Mike asked to which Cody quickly crumpled it up and tossed it in the trash that was a few feet away from his bed
"Nothing just trash" why did it have a heart and why was it assigned to Noah
The gift was gone so he must've kept it??
Cody felt his sorrowness grow a little more
"It's 10:12 by the way" Cameron announced holding up the clock
"Just removed the glass and tinkered with the cogs a little bit should be fine"
Cody looked between the two of them
"Thanks but I think I'm going to head to bed if you don't mind"
"Before you do is there any empty beds here?" Mike asked meekly not wanting to bother Cody to much
"There's.. some behind us here and two.. on top maybe three" cody informed before turning over not bothering to turn off the lights as others might still be using it
Like Duncan who was carving something onto wood which had an annoying noise but it probably required light to see the details so he didn't bother to get on his bad side and began to fall asleep his last thought being related to Noah
(Cody didn't know who would've told him?)
