Basically the HSPC or whatever they're called pulls up on Ben explaining while he's legal to do whatever with aliens since he is a plumber and is legally allowed to do so however since he has been in human affairs it counts as vigilantism so now he has to collect his hero lisence(Which btw since the HSPC is already in on the knowledge of aliens,Plumber and Ben himself has already given him a licences to pick up) he would have liked to be an underground hero as to not be known but unfortunately since in Ultimate alien the world already knows his identity so now he's the worlds no.#2 hero(And yes Endevwhore is pissed and they will fight about it) it would have been no.#1 since his achievements far surpasses All Might's but All Might is a symbol to the world so they couldn't logically give him it but he still is a symbol the Universes Symbol of Strength,Power and Heroism after but(I forgot to mention it's Nezu who called Ben on his cell to inform him of this) anway Nezu offers the new No.#2 to teach at U.A and will teach class 1-A and 1-B since Ben is basically a war Vet and has saved the universe several times has more experience then ANY of them will ever have in their life that he has in 6 years basically he'll use aliens similar to 1-A and 1-B's quirks to teach them how to improve also want to have him befriend Toga,Twice and Dabi and have them defect from the league
