Narrator has been taking pills from a mysterious person, that she trusts.
The person is currently losig control of things, so they are trying to take Narrator dkwn with them to try and break others.
The pills make you feel less hungry and make you doubt your thoughts
and with all the tragedy happening lately, it has been hard for her, because she cant think with the logical side of her brain.
She fears for her life, because she is constantly passing out due to starvation. However, if there is food put infront of her she will realize how hungry she is and eat the food, however, most times she is avoidig people, and her heart rate is getting lower and lower everyday. And she is startig to lose her emotions again.
She tries not to do much exercise, because she fears she mibht pass out halfway through, do most of her time is just laying down, or staring at something for log periods of time.
As you can tell she is not in a good state :(

And for all those wondering, she had been taking the pills for about 3 months
