Third person's point of view.

Atem was sitting with the others waiting for Evie to return when the Americans showed up. Each one had a Canopic jar, Atem bristled at the thought of them having these jars. "Say, O'Connell, what do you think these babies'll fetch back home?" one of them said, Atem sneered, "Do you even know what those jar are?" she quipped and they gave her dark and possessive looks, "Doesn't matter what they are, so long as they make us rich," the blonde one argued.

Atem scoffed, "They have human remains in side. Your Archeologist should have told you that before letting you leave with those." she finished before getting up and leaving. She went over to her things and grabbed her bags and moved to one of the holes they'd gone in earlier and jumped in leaving everyone else behind, "Don't you know how dangerous it is to be pissing her off," Rick snapped and the blonde barely reacted to him.

"We hear you boys found yourselves a nice, gooey mummy." the American in glasses said trying to change the subject. "Congratulations. If you dry that fellow out, you might be able to sell him for firewood." the chubbier American stated jokingly. "Look what I found." Evie said as she returned to the group, "You're in her seat." Rick snapped to Benny, who scoffed before Rick snapped at him, "Now!" the Romanian man jumped up and moved. "Yup."

"It's a drawing, something someone drew thousands of years ago, it was in one of the rooms we passed, I thought I'd check it out and it called to me for some reason," Evie said and when Rick looked at the piece of cloth, he was surprised because it looked as close as a representation of Atem as they would get from an artist of that time. "It looks like Atem," he said and Evie smiled, "I thought so too," she said with a huge smile.

The image was depicting a look alike of Atem mummifying the man they'd possible found, "There isn't much to go on, Evie said, Johnathan chuckled, "He certainly wasn't as popular fellow when they planted him, was he?" Johnathan stated, "Well, he probably got a little too frisky with the pharaoh's daughter." Rick said getting a chuckle from the surrounding men. Evie smirked and turned back to the parchment.

"Well, according to my readings, our friend suffered the Hom-Dai, the worst of all Ancient Egyptian curses, one reserved only for the most evil of blasphemers. In my research, I've never heard of this curse having actually been performed." she said and Rick winced, "That bad, huh?" she nodded, "Yes, well, they... They never used it because they feared it so. It's written that if a victim of the Hom-Dai should ever arise, he would bring with him the 10 plagues of Egypt."

Rick didn't like the sound of that.

Rick was getting a bit worried by the fact that Atem has yet to return. But he felt it was more important to keep Evie and Johnathan out of trouble seeing as Atem rarely instigated things. Laying with his gun close and faking sleep, he heard Evie take something from the Archeologist and return to their side of the camp. "That's called stealing, you know?" he said startling her, "According to you and my brother, it's called borrowing." she said back, and he sat up,

Moving to her side he watched over her shoulder as she opened the book with the same key from the sarcophagus, "I thought the Book of Amun-Ra was made out of gold?" He mused and she nodded, "It is made out of gold. This isn't the Book of Amun-Ra. This is something else. I think this may be the Book of the Dead." she informed and felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand up,

"The Book of the Dead? Are you sure you're meant to be playing around with this thing?' he asked and she shrugged, "It's just a book. No harm ever came from reading a book." she said and the fire sputtered when she opened it, "That happens a lot around here." he said looking around. "So, what's it say?" he asked. "'Amun Ra. Amun Dei.' It speaks of the night and of the day." she said translating a bit before going into a deeper read,
