The Flowers that Bloom

My friend,

Dear friend.

Don't be this demon,

This horrifying voice next to my ear.

Its words string me to the dancefloor,

making me perform to the crowd of eyes,

being ridiculed for my despair and blunders.

Don't disregard me,

I have forgotten how to fly.

My wings are gone,

The blue in my eyes has been drained by the waterfalls I let out.
