Can they hear me?

I woke up I thought everything was fine until no one could hear me I kept screaming but there was nothing just silence. But the strange thing about it was there was no one there I kept looking around till I figured out I'm not at the hospital it was weird because I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. There is trees and water falls and lovely crimson red rose but something is wrong. I didn't feel like my self I felt like I weren't real like I am in a different dimension could this really be happing all my dreams were coming true.

I didn't have to be with my terrible father and brother. I kept looking around and that is when I met someone. I was curious to see who is is but then I remember this is not real and I am just in a coma but I went to check any way I walked slowly and approached her she was beautiful she had long wavey blond hair that shined in the light her bright blue eyes and a button nose which I always have wished for. I started talking to her and I wonder what her name is Thana she has a beautiful name I asked how she got here she explained and it was a tragic story I felt so bad but it is like we are connected some how I want to know why and how this could of happend I don't know what to do but I hope I don't wake up !
