Luke tried to attack Guile with his quick hit combination, but Guile counterstrikes with a suplex, followed by a two-legged kick. Luke staggers but he went back into action, trying his Sand Blaster strike, but Guile countered with his Sonic Boom and manages to get close enough to Luke to make his Strike Eagle ascending kick on him.
