Tony had noticed his sons new found happiness and laziness. His son was usually kinda happy put also kinda lazy. It was different though. It was pain induced laziness he could tell. And Peter wouldn't help him with projects he was working on, so he was being very weird.
It clicked for him when he saw it, adults aren't stupid they can pick up on things. So when Peter and Harry had ended up cuddling under a blanket with Peter making faces of pleasure and trying to hide them. That seems to be his answer.
Tony was working in his office when he decided he was hungry and wanted to get something to eat. He went down the hall and turned into the living room to see Harry's tongue down his sons throat slightly moaning in to the kiss. He went back to his office and sat down. He waited for dinner to roll around to confront his son, or check up on him instead
