"Okay class, that's it for the day you can leave, not you yn " Mr. Aziwa said

"Can't you let it slide one time, please "I begged him

"Are you hoping to stop sleeping and eating in my class? "he asked leaning against his desk

"Well... I can't make any promises but I'll give you have of my snacks "I said

"I don't exactly trust your food and sadly no and  this is your third strike "

I picked up my bag and began to walk towards the door

"Ya know I could easily report you to the principal saying that your sleeping class, but I won't since your my favorite teacher," I said

"You sure it's not because Mr. Jaeger always shouts at you," he said raising an eyebrow

"First of all that man has some serious issue " I snapped back

"Yes sure in, now go to the gym your already 15 minutes late " he replied with a chuckle

"You know in a parallel universe I'm 15 minutes early, " I said leaving  the classrooms

"Explains why you're always late"

I walked through the main hallway leading to the back of the school where the gym was located
The sun shined through the windows making the hallway light up and a cool breeze swept through the windows.
I carried on walking enjoying the cool summer weather and the peace of the empty school

I made it out of the school and was now standing in front of the gym

I heard shoes squeaking and people yelling. The cool summer breeze become humid and the only thing I could smell was sweat

"No one is looking I could just skip saying I was sick "I mentally thought

I had made up my mind and decided to walk away from the door when someone called me

"Miss you, skipping are we ? " a male voice said signaling me to come into the gym

"Skipping out on handing out water for a bunch sweaty basketball players, I wouldn't dream of it," I said sarcastically avoiding the gazes of the players as I followed the man

"They said you had an attitude," he said with a chuckle

"Me? No  never"

He finally turned around to face me
He held out his hand for a handshake
