The group was fighting clay face as he knocked each of them out cold except for     y/n as Clayface sent him flying into the garage door

Y/n: okay im getting pissed

Clay face roared at y/n as he shot lighting at him but it didn't do anything but make clay face laugh

Y/n: oh right he's ground gonna need more juice!

Just y/n eyes started to static as storm clouds brewed over Gotham and lighting came down and blasted Clayface until he was a pile of goo and y/n sat down

Y/n: okay im in pain

Time skip

Back at the cave, the team came back as Batman was waiting

Batman: I need to talk to wonder boy alone
The rest of you hit the showers

They all walked past y/n and Batman as robin stayed behind

Batman: just y/n

Robin looked at y/n as he nodded and robin walked away

Y/n: look I know the team didn't do so good but we got the bad guy right

Batman: the team did adequate, you as a leader did not. You fought as you fight with Diana a single fighter, you are a part of this team now. a leader, so you need to shape up and act like it

Y/n: but I... you're right

Batman:...

Y/n:(sigh) I understand I need to be a better leader but sometimes my mind is on my family

Batman: I understand that you worry that one day your parents might be in danger, remembering it keeps you on your toes

Y/n: i-

Batman: but, you need to keep your mind open it needs to be 100% here you have to do that or you might want to rethink your decisions to lead this team and you should tell that to your team as well

Times skip

Y/n pov

After the team got cleaned up I got everyone together

Robin: so what this about

Wally: I hope it's not another mission

Kara: my hair can't take much more

Y/n: no it's not I canceled all missions for today

Everyone looked a bit confused

Robin: why

Wally: dude free day why question it

Y/n: it's because I've noticed that all of us have something on our minds that keeps us from working together as a unit

Kaldur: like

Y/n: wally jays birthday is today right

Wally: yeah I and I totally forgot to get a gift

Y/n: wally just be there more than likely he just wants to see you

Wally: right thanks boss man I see you all later

Then he speeds out of the room

Y/n: kaldur you have a little trouble committing to this team and I know why. It because you miss your home in Atlantis 

Kaldur: i-

Y/n:(raised eyebrow)

Kaldur: yes I do miss my home, my people it is hard for me to get adapted to surface life
